Goat Cheese Dip and a Work Potluck
I love my job. My co-workers and I are all very food motivated. In fact, the local pizza place addresses us by name when we call for delivery. They don’t even charge us a delivery fee if we don’t meet the minimum order amount.
Sometimes, we also use Carryout Courier which is a local delivery service that will pick up food from restaurants that may not have their own delivery service and deliver it to us. It’s great because we can order bbq, Chinese, Mexican, diner food, or almost anything else we’re hungry for.
Every now and then instead of ordering delivery, we have a potluck. Everyone brings in a dish and we eat very well for a few days. One of the doctor’s has a bunch of chickens and she made deviled eggs from the eggs from her chickens. They were delicious! There was also macaroni and cheese, potato salad, steak sliders, enchiladas, crock pot meatballs, buffalo chicken dip, and a lot of other potluck goodies. Check out the photos:
So, this time, I went with a simple goat cheese dip since it was such a hit the last time I made it. It’s easy to mix up and great with crackers or veggies. The goat cheese comes from Camelot Valley and you can even pick it up at Strites’ Orchard.
