Easy Peanut Dressing
This easy peanut dressing is fantastic on salads, but it tastes even better marinaded on salmon. It only takes 5 minutes to make and doesn’t require any fancy equipment. Simply throw all of the ingredients in your blender, mix, and you are all ready to go!
The flavor combination is delicious! I had some maple bacon peanut butter from Blind Spot Nut Butters that I used to make this dressing. Believe me, the extra flavor from the bacon bits was probably the best part. However, I have to apologize because it was a limited edition flavor that you can’t find anymore. You could try the Sea Salt Peanut Butter instead and add your own bacon bits because they are important.
Now, even though you may be tempted to, you probably shouldn’t drink this dressing. Definitely pair it with veggies, a chopped chicken salad, spring rolls, or the salmon to fully enjoy it. It’s a pleasing combination of sweet, nutty, and salty that I know you’re going to love.
